Switch tax year to review historical invoicing without leaving the Invoices screen.

Outstanding and paid

A running total of what is owed to you and what you have already received this tax year.

Filter invoices

Show only invoices that are:

• Awaiting payment
• Paid
• Not yet invoiced

Handy for monthly book-keeping and payment chasing.

Create an invoice (Pro)

Pick one or more sessions and produce a professional PDF invoice, ready to send to the practice.

1. Open the Invoices tab.
2. Tap Create invoice (Pro).
3. Select sessions to include.
4. Preview and share the PDF via email or your preferred app.

Payment chasing (Pro)

Enable automated reminders for unpaid invoices in Settings → Notifications.
