Notifications

Configure session reminders and unpaid invoice alerts. Payment chasing reminders for overdue invoices require Pro — enable them in Settings → Notifications.

App lock

Protect your financial data with biometric app lock (Face ID, Touch ID, or device PIN). Enable in Settings → Security.

Home-screen widgets

Add LocumBook widgets to your home screen for:

• Your next upcoming session
• Year-to-date earnings
• Session calendar overview

Customisation

Adjust dashboard layout, default tax year, and display preferences in Settings → Customisation.

Custom invoice templates (Pro)

Personalise your invoice letterhead and layout in Settings → Invoice settings.

Spreadsheet data export (Pro)

Open Settings → Data management → Export spreadsheet data to export a custom date range.

• Excel (.xlsx) creates one workbook with Sessions, Invoices, and Expenses worksheets.
• CSV exports one selected dataset for importing into accounting or spreadsheet software.

You can use the current or previous tax year, the current month, all records, or a custom date range. Exports can be saved to the device or shared through the system share sheet.

Export files contain financial and practice information. Store and share them securely.
